The website leguimatt.com (the “Website”) is operated by Yirmy Leguisamo-Matos, operating under the name LEGUIMATT (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for handling the personal information submitted through the Website.

a. Information you provide in the contact form: name, email address, company name and the content of your message. The Hebrew form also includes a phone field, and the English form includes an area-of-interest field.

Providing this information is voluntary, and you are not legally required to provide it. Your name, email address and message are required so that we can receive and respond to your inquiry. Without these fields, the form cannot be submitted.

b. Technical information: The Website’s hosting provider and its content delivery network (CDN) may automatically collect and store technical data, such as IP address, browser type and time of access, for the purpose of operating and securing the Website.

Information is retained for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry, to continue a business relationship arising from it, and for legitimate business or legal purposes, in accordance with applicable law.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers for the purposes described in this Policy, including operating, hosting, securing and supporting the Website and related email services:

• Hostinger: website hosting, content delivery network (CDN) and the email mailbox.
• Google Fonts: The Website loads fonts from Google’s servers. When the fonts are loaded, a direct connection is established between your browser and Google’s servers, during which technical data required for the network request, including your IP address, is transmitted.

These providers may process information outside Israel. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The Website does not use measurement, advertising or marketing-tracking tools, such as Google Analytics or marketing pixels, and does not place cookies for these purposes.
